Read onlyWe recently had two A2Z claims where the customer indicated a problem with the item, and received a refund but never sent it back. Because there is an A2Z claim on the order, we cannot file a Safe-T claim. We have opened cases but they keep getting transferred. Can a mod look into this and assist?

Just wanted to share that our claims team has decided to uphold their decision for Order ID 113-0845123-6602640 due to "seller did not respond to the buyer’s return request before the claim was filed"
