A2Z Claims sided in favor of customer, they received the items and never returned them.

We recently had two A2Z claims where the customer indicated a problem with the item, and received a refund but never sent it back. Because there is an A2Z claim on the order, we cannot file a Safe-T claim. We have opened cases but they keep getting transferred. Can a mod look into this and assist?

  • For Case ID: 15439139611 (Order ID: 114-7642746-1529834) I show that the return was completed and delivered to you on "Thursday, May 16 at 10:48 A.M. at Dock" is this not the case ?
  • For Case ID:15520470741 (Order ID: 113-0845123-6602640) please allow me to research a bit more and I will post here any of the findings.

Just wanted to share that our claims team has decided to uphold their decision for Order ID 113-0845123-6602640 due to "seller did not respond to the buyer’s return request before the claim was filed"
