Refund from Amazon after item delivered

Have opened many cases about this and no reply. Cases showing transferred and nothing. An item delivered with a delay to a buyer, he opened a case and Amazon refunded him. Then buyer choose to keep the item and we received many emails from Amazon saying Amazon is crediting our account because buyer decided to keep the item. It was 2-3 weeks ago and nothing. Order 114-2074932-2246665. Unbelievable Amazon says the refund is on the way and still nothing.
