Amazon hasn't replied for more than 22 days

Did you find out about the missing items by checking the "Contents" tab of your shipment? Just making sure we're on the same page.
Have you checked your Reimbursements report yet? Sometimes Amazon automatically reimburses for lost inventory, and it might have happened without you noticing. Here's a help page that explains more about those reports: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G200732720
If you haven't been reimbursed, you can file a claim. You have up to 9 months from the delivery date to do this. You can find more details about the FBA inventory reimbursement policy here: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GEYPWTSQRTXXXMVB
