There are a lot of sellers in the forums who have used those programs, and I hope some offer their experiences.

Do not use AWD. It is horrible. There is no communication. You won't have the ability to get any updates. You have zero control of anything. So far its been the worst mistake we could have made for our business. We have half of our inventory of a SKU that is stuck in "receiving status" for weeks now and they won't even begin the process of investigating it until after its in "closed status" which then could take another 90 days. Nothing special about the shipment and everything was done through their service. DO NOT DO IT. use another 3PL.
