I enrolled two units of my new beauty product, HyaluPlump Lips, a lip patch and lip serum duo to the Vine program. This morning, I received a Vine review that is MISLEADING AND MISINFORMATION about the product. Matter of fact, it is dangerous!

Here's the review from Wade:

"I got this not realizing that it was a micro-needling product which is my fault completely. However I was willing to try it until I started looking it up and saw that it is not recommended to micro-needle one's lips. Honestly the pictures I saw of people who had I wasn't very impressed with as most all of them just had red irritated looking lips rather than nicely plumped lips. You'd likely get similar results with putting some hot pepper essence on your lips and saving yourself the money. It's also super temporary so do with that information what you will."

First of all, the "microneedles" are made from Sodium Hyaluronate, NOT metal! He is clearly confused and talking about the metal microneedle rollers - which is NOT this product. This product is SAFE and effective and made for the lips. The product listing as well as the packaging states the self-dissolving microneedles are made from Sodium Hyaluronate.

Secondly, he admits he did NOT even try the product! How can he give me a 2-star negative review when he did not even try the product? How is this even allowed?

It is very important I respond to this Vine reviewer publicly - not privately. I need consumers to know the truth and NOT the misleading and DANGEROUS misinformation he uploaded.

I'm reaching out to you since you wrote about reviews 2-months ago. Unfortunately, the thread is closed so I could not message you. Please help me! I reached out to seller support and they said I can only report the review.
