Switcheroo Return with bad Reviews

Please help!

I have no idea how to challenge this. It seems that someone has purchased our products, then returns a different product. Since Amazon does not inspect returns and put them back on the shelf, they have been re-sold to customers who have now each left a bad review.

This has happened back to back with the same listing, but two separate products. 2 Bad reviews, saying the same thing, and the product is not ours. Even one review left pictures which clearly shows it is not our packaging or our product. I have no idea what to do.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Can't you have returns sent back to you instead of Amazon?
