I received a bad review like this: the customer said my product was very good, but he couldn't receive the goods and couldn't contact me. The fact was just the opposite. The customer left a company landline number (but didn't leave an extension number), and the courier carrier said it couldn't contact the customer. I left a message for the customer on Amazon, but the customer set it to refuse to receive any emails, which resulted in the goods being delivered several times but failed. I now request that this untrue comment of the customer be deleted

I contacted seller support, but they said they didn't have permission to delete reviews and directed me to email “community-help”. I did so, but 3 months later, I still haven't received any response. I also reported the review, but the negative review still exists. I really don't know what to do.

I don’t think this is a good suggestion, because it is a false review. I have a chat record here (informing the buyer to pay attention to receiving phone calls and providing a delivery address, but the customer did not reply and refused to receive any emails). I just want to kindly request that the false review be deleted instead of justifying the false review.
As I mentioned, you could appeal the case to Seller Support, or publicly respond to the review with that additional context.
