Read onlyHi everyone,
I wanted to ask if anyone here has experience with the issue mentioned in the subject – Amazon's Dietary Supplements Policy compliance.
I received a notification from Amazon at the end of January [2025] stating that I needed to get laboratory tests done for my product (at an Amazon-accredited lab, ordered via Seller Central – just for context, I had already conducted private testing three times before launching the product) to be compliant. I accept that Amazon can require such things, and I actually believe it's the right approach.
My deadline was set for April 29, 2025, and I received the notification on January 29, 2025. However, my listing was already removed on February 19th.
The laboratory procedure took some time. I received the results on March 24th – my product passed all the tests successfully. The lab uploaded the results directly to Amazon, and I reported this through Seller Central. Since then, there's been silence. The case is marked as 'in progress,' and whenever I ask support how long it might take, I get the standard 'soon' response – and I already know this could very well mean weeks, or even months.
Has anyone else experienced this? Do you have any insights or advice to share? I'm particularly interested in how long reinstatement took after submitting passing results and if there are any tips for speeding up the review process.
Thanks in advance!
I don't want to disappoint but prevent you. Amazon is no longer accepting new supplements and new supplement sellers. So all your efforts could be in vain. Look around for other platforms to sell on.
@Michelle_Amazon @Manny_Amazon Could you please review my case?

Ok, my case is positively resolved. Thank you :)
**EDIT: I see you have resolved yours, but will leave this for any future viewer of this thread**
We have significant experience with this and had 8 supplements that were in the same timeline you have.
We removed one as the client was not interested in doing the testing. The other 7, Eurofins completed the testing (we had also done independent testing so we knew they would pass, just have to pay the "toll") and they submitted the COA to the Manage Your Compliance screen as pass and within 24 hours Amazon accepted and removed any compliance needs.
FYI, it only took Eurofins 5 business days to complete our testing and upload the COA. However, I was also in phone contact with Eurofins regularly to make sure we were doing things correctly and that they knew our products prior to a digital handoff. I am old school and believe in making relationships. It may have also helped that nearly all the raw ingredients had already been tested at Eurofins prior to bottling.
None of our items were removed during the waiting period.
We have not had any that were "stuck"

The more data you give the better I can try to help you get this resolved.
