Read onlyHello Amazon Seller Supports, @CR_Amazon
I'm a new Amazon Seller and open my account 4 months ago. Recently my account has been deactivated and my listings have been removed due to inactive status. After I submitted my documents for verification, Amazon informed me that "We took this action in accordance with Section 3 of the Amazon Business Solutions Agreement because the identity information you submitted could not be verified." So I re-prepared all my documents and submitted it again. However, a week has passed and I still haven't received any reply, my product just recently arrived at the Amazon warehouse. I am very anxious and eager for your help.
Btw, I follow the step-by-step instructions to submit my documents for verification that provided by Amazon. And it have been informing of the error reported in the image below.

Well it probally will not be reinstated untill next year, and here is the reason. It has nothing to do with you, but has to do with issues you don't see.
It is because of unsavory sellers who work in groups. The group members all open an account around the same time. Only one with actually use the account offering hundreds of products, some good, some bogus, and some knockoffs. When Amazon shuts the seller down, all the same inventory is simply shifted to the next seller in the group, He was simply holding all the same products in pending just waiting for seller 1 to be suspended. And, the scheme goes on.
Thus, Amazon doesn't want to take chances on your account at the holiday shopping time of the year.
Hi there @Seller_3z5VfqxHTK1kF
My name is CR and wanted to quickly hop in here. I had a second to take a peek at your account and it appears from what I see on my end that your account is now active and should be all set here.
Happy to hear that this has been figured out and I hope you have a great rest of the week ahead!
