My credit card suddenly became invalid at the beginning of this month, and I've been communicating with seller support for almost a month now, but nothing has been resolved.(recent case id:14633191261)
I also know that my card is definitely a credit card and that I have called the card company and that it is in good working order. There are also records of $0 payments from Amazon multiple times at the time of authentication, and it is said that it has been approved. The card company said that there may be a problem with Amazon's system.
Using past logs as a reference, we have also unified the credit card information for the BUYER side account.
Is there anything else I can do?Please help me!

Hello again! My name is CR and see that the case is still being actively worked on behind the scenes and is with the appropriate team for review.
It is important that everything match correctly, and that the credit card is valid to use for the specific location.
You are required to provide a valid credit card in seller central that has their exact billing address that is on file with their issuing bank including postal code, which is shown bullet #2 below.
We verify your credit or debit card based on the following requirements. Violating one or more of the requirements below will result in your card being denied by Amazon.

Same happen to me credit card invalid but had room and no card charge attempted according to bank. seems to started when i was signed up for south America Brazil which i did not ask for nor sign up for. had to reassign card to all selling platforms then worked.
Good luck in reactivating. Our account is deactivated since September last year because of that.
This has happened to us over the years. We simply cycle in a new CC when it happens. The CC verification system is clearly broken. A new CC will resolve the issue.
I am facing the same issue for the last one month. Same standard response from Amazon support that the billing address or postal code not matching on Amazon file. Tired and not sure what else can I do. My business is suffering.
I just got out of this mess myself. I had one payment method set up, went on vacation and came back, and they said there was a payment error. I had no idea what the problem was so I switched to a different credit card. Still no luck, but this time they said I can't use a prepaid credit card. It wasn't. It was a perfectly valid, perfectly normal card. I tried another one and waited a few days.
I called my bank on my debit card about a possible fraud email I got, verified it was me who made the charges, and they unblocked my card. All that trouble because they couldn't get ahold of me immediately about fraud. Of course, all amazon could tell me was my card was invalid.
I'm going to tell you clearly what's happening, two months ago the same thing happened to me, my credit card was suddenly declined, I realized when my payment wasn't made from Amazon, so I put in another card, and in minutes Amazon system told me that it wasn't a good card either. Well, that happened to me with two Master Cards, a Visa and American Express and they were all rejected...
What I discovered is that Amazon had made not one or two charges but three simultaneous charges, one after another of less than two dollars transactions, one for Amazon USA, one for Amazon Mexico and one for Amazon Canada, all three different amounts, with the third charge basically in a row. All cards declined the third charge, something extremely common and for security, if you use your card in a store three times in a row you have a 99% that will decline the third charge even if you have a 100K limit and these together do not even add up to $5!
Asking Amazon to fix this I don't even think about it, it would be exhausting and impossible, it would be like waiting for a cow to lay an egg. But maybe, who know
What I suggest is that you contact your credit card company beforehand and warn them that there will be three continuous charges of less than $5.00 and ask them not to "decline" it because it is an account security issue. They will understand. The name of the company making the charges is NOT Amazon or it does not appear as Amazon, it appears as something like services... and something else.
Amazon should really know that this is causing serious problems in many accounts and if someone within Amazon reads this they should correct it, especially that when you realize that something is wrong that is when you do not receive payment and that causes unnecessary problems
Making a single charge is enough, why 3 charges?
BTW the charges are just that, a charge but floating. means that it will disappear in 2 or 3 days common for test your card or identity in some cases
I received a new response from Amazon and would like to share it here.
Until now, it has been said that the reason for invalidity is that the ''addresses do not match''.
What I was told today was, ''Credit card companies don't verify addresses at the time of payment. Please contact your credit card company to find out why they don't do it.''
I've contacted my credit card company multiple times and all my multiple $0 payments from Amazon have been successfully approved. (I was able to register the same card until the end of last year.)
I have a new American Express card issued and I am waiting for it to arrive. I live in Japan, so my card issuer is Japan. I can't help but hope that this new card has a system to automatically verify an address at the time of payment.
