Read onlyUrgently requesting MOD Help. Case 16045438571
We opened this case Sept 18th, we have provided invoices multiple times. The last response from Amazon on this was 5 days ago. How can we move forward? This is urgent.
Inventory we sent in August that has since been lost by Amazon was meant for Oct Prime Days which have come and gone. It's very disappointing and frustrating to have inventory lost, no reimbursement and we were not able to take advantage of Prime Days.
Seeking MOD help because Seller Central is not responding to us. @Jameson_Amazon@Dominic_Amazon
