Customer claims item defective

Customer claims item is defective when we received it the item was tested and was not defective. Can I charge a restocking fee? The item is not sellable since it was used.

if the same actual item you shipped to them was returned, and it is used and unsellable, you can charge a 50% restock fee.

You'll need to ad 2 pictures to the return/restock fee but you can put together several pictures onto one so you can provide a full throated explanation (be sure to get a picture of the return shipping label)

If this is under $100, Amazon probably refunded at first scan (RFS) and screwed you to delight their customer......
