We buy USPS shipping via Amazon, which provides a tracking number at the time of printing the label. How can weI go back and research the tracking numbers of previous orders/shipments?

I got almost 10 customers messaged us saying that tracking shows delivered but they never got the package. When we check the tracking it shows that it was delivered to different city/state. We used Amazon buy shipping and customer address and the address on the shipping labels are matched however in USPS website tracking info shows different delivery address. Im afraid to receive more complaints about this issue.

The tracking numbers are showing delivered even before items are taken to the postal office, or delivered to completely different places. what follows is price adjustments for packages weighing Lbs, not ounces.

I am not surprised, given the chaotic state of affairs today. You just never know how the general chaos is going to hit you. In the meantime, buyers are asking for replacements or their money back for items you just printed.

And BTW this is the USPS, Amazon is working as it should, but all this mayhem might have an effect on metrics.
