I have had a lot of orders recently where customers are messaging us asking where their package is.

Almost all of the tracking details from USPS say "Delivered, Left With Individual" or " Delivered, In/At Mailbox"

What am I supposed to do? How do i stop the incoming A-Z Claims or inquiries from customers asking where their package in?

I’m having an issue with tracking numbers on all of the orders I sent out today. It looks like USPS is recycling tracking numbers, so when my customers track their packages, it shows as "delivered" to a random city from a few weeks ago.

I purchase my shipping through Amazon Shipping, and the tracking info looks correct within the order page. However, when I track it directly on the USPS website, it shows as already delivered. Already had a customer ask if I entered the tracking correctly.

I am a relatively new Amazon Handmade seller. I recently sold an item, shipped next day and UPS tracking shows it was delivered. They buyer messaged me the next day indicating that they never received the package. I replied to her message and asked that she check with UPS and if they aren't able to assist her, to file a claim with Amazon. The buyer indicated she contacted Amazon and Amazon told her to contact me.

I assume my responsibility as the seller is to have the item delivered to her address, which UPS confirms occurred. If tracking shows delivered, but buyer states she did not receive it, what is my responsivity in this matter?
