Hello Amazon,

I'm reaching out to you because of the unnecessary hold in my account...I've received a TRO on 3rd of August and I've settled the amount with Plaintiff but still my disbursment is on hold. I've tried to contact with amazon Multiple times and every time support executive transferred my case and theis is no response from the team then.

The case has been settled, received the Notice of Dismissal from the Court. The plaintiff confirmed contacting Amazon multiple times to lift the TRO and claims to have been notified by Amazon that the TRO was Dismissal on 5th of september.

Up to now, my account is still unable to withdraw funds. even I've confirmed with Plantiff also about this and they said "We have already dismissed your store and notified the platform to release the hold"

Hey guys,

As mentioned above, I received a TRO which was soon settled. Even after a few days of settlement, I noticed that none of my funds were getting released. I dropped a message to seller support mentioning the same and also sent them the settlement and dismissal of the case as sent by the plaintiff lawyers (even tho they assured this was done from their end too).

On checking the status of my case, I see that its on "transferred" status. Honestly, this is terrifying since all of my cases which were transferred on seller support have never received a response to this day. There are some thats been pending for months now. Please guide me on how to go about this.

I'm reaching out to the current issue I have been having with my TRO being released but having no access to the Funds.

Our company received a copyright complaint, but we resolved this quickly with the rights owner.

Rights owner emailed Amazon on 30th of August requesting to release our account from TRO. Since then no response from Amazon.

2024.08.09 - Received TRO.

2024.08.21 - We signed the settlement agreement with the right owner.

2024.08.30 - Rights owner emailed Amazon to release us.

Followed up on 2024.09.06 and 2024.09.09 to Amazon.

Can anyone please help to direct this to correct team?

Our company is a small business and this situation damages us a lot.
