I have a feedback, manager didn't remove the negative feedback. Please review case 17508462431
This feedback is not right, because we had made 100% full money back to buyer's original payment when buyer ask for refund(on 24th, March), (and we do not ask the buyer send back the items to us ). we had left words to buyer, but get nothing from buyer ,
today we got a negative feedback on our shop, the buyer wants for refund and send back the items, i am wondering, we had made 100% full money back to buyer and do not need send back the items. why ? the buyer still left negative feedback on our shop ,
buyer till now not contact us at all for this case, buyer also did not reply,
This means this feedback is not true, buyer try to scam or attack our business so please help us remove this feedback that is not right,
That is violation Amazon policy
