This feedback is not right because customers have 30 days to return if we send them the wrong item, but customers do not open any return requests, and when we tried to contact them, they also did not reply. This means this feedback is not true, buyer try to scam or attack our business so please help us remove this feedback that is not right, that is violation Amazon policy

Apologies for the delayed response. I took a look at CASE ID 17113079871 and it's associated Order number and no longer see feedback left by that seller. I also reviewed your storefront and Feedback manager and don't see any recent reviews left within the order time period, so I am assuming the buyer removed their feedback or support was able to remove it.
