I'm facing an issue. The feedback manager didn't remove the negative feedback. Please review case 17077207381.
I'd like to clarify that we did ship the dress and updated the tracking number on Amazon on January 8th. This action was fully compliant with the timeframe specified on Amazon. We shipped the item in a timely manner. The negative feedback was based on a shipping delay that was unfortunately beyond our control. Our shipping partners encountered unforeseen circumstances, specifically severe weather conditions, which led to the delay.
Since shipment delays due to weather are beyond our control, we request that the negative comments be removed.
Please remove this for us. THANK YOU.
