Our listing was deactivated due to a dietary supplement compliance issue yesterday. However, our product is not a dietary supplement; it is a hormone balance product for menopausal women. Therefore, we believe the compliance flag is inaccurate.

We have also removed any references to weight management or diet from the listing just in case as well. Unfortunately, when we received the alert, Amazon did not provide us with enough time to appeal and listing was deactivated within a day, and this has already had a significant impact on our sales. We are very concerned, this is one of our best seller and the deactivation would affect our business long time.

Hello Amazon,

We are facing an issue with listing the products under the dietary supplement category. All of our inventory for different products is inactivated by Amazon and when we try to request approval you guys are saying that you are not taking applications currently. Because of this my thousand-dollar inventory is at stake that makes me uncomfortable to trust the Amazon platform. I do have proof of purchase for all products but unfortunately, you guys are not giving me a chance to submit it.

A few weeks ago i received a product authenticity complaint on 1 dietary supplement product, is this the reason you guys put restrictions on this particular category? Please assist me in this regard.
