FCC_ID This product has been identified as a radio frequency (RF) * Here we go AGAIN ROGUE AI BOTs

FCC ID does not pertain to my items - but every other month we have to fight and submit over and over its an error on their bots.

This product has been identified as a radio frequency (RF) device product with an invalid entry in the fcc_radio_ frequency_emission_compliance attribute. For instructions on how to submit an FCC ID to the fcc_radio_frequency_emission_compliance attribute for your listing, please see https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/4SMR4GXQ3PYD8BK?ref=efph_4SMR4GXQ3PYD8BK_cont_51&locale=en_US.

  • Amazon Needs Instructions on WHAT a RF (radio frequency device) is.
  • Just because the wording "Radio" is in description or title (being used as identifying properties) - does NOT automatically make it a Radio Emitting device.
  • Phones Need Charging cables, (the phone has FCC_ID capabilities), not the phone charger; and every phone charger needs to have title of what type of phone this charger works with.
  • Amazon claims they care about their buyers however, they are losing items everyday to other ecommerce sites, because customers are needing these (NON EMITTING) items, that Amazon AI BOTs have removed, and finding them elsewhere.
  • A wire, or plastic dash kit or antenna connector, (HAS NO ELECTRONICS) they are just flagging titles of listings, that have radio in the title. The image the description is completely ignored, this is becoming annoying. (Nothing has changed, nothing has been fixed)

Amazon AI bots keep flagging FCC_ID rules, RF emitting signals, which are bare wires, plastic dash kits, Antenna Plugs (its incredible, we do not sell radios, we sell wire connectors for radios, but your AI BOTS cannot figure that out the difference, it says radio in the title, it must be a radio!) AI should be used for spell checking, not going on a cannibalization spree.

Question for ALL AMAZON MODS - How would you sell phone chargers here on Amazon? - Every single phone needs a wired charge plug, that connects to the Phone, (the device with FCC_ID is the phone) - But the wired charging cables, like ours are just wires, they emit nothing, transmit nothing, they have no electronics what-so ever, they are just wires and plugs - its time consuming, and annoying, and customers are going elsewhere.

-The time wasted to keep submitting rebuttals and explaining the same thing over and over again (how these are not in Violation) - is actually costing Amazon money! (Furthermore, it doesnt even make sence, some are re-instated and others are not same everything, exact description, in bulk ASIN - there is no standard.

- The SEEDs debacle; on a much larger scale, is something (many sellers had to endure) during the 4th of July holiday). This is the same thing basically, just a rogue bot, that does not understand the items being sold. (NOT ALL RADIO PARTS emit RF signals) Most actually do not! - (there needs to be some kind of human to regulate this).

I was under the impression Amazon was concerned for their buyers, however,.. buyers are asking me where some parts have gone, they are going to other places to find what use to be listed correctly, now are dog-pages. (thats Ruff

Hello Manny, they are no longer listed. Its been a rinse and repeat thing for years now. (Non- of my items are emiting or capable of RF receiving or Broadcasting. - I cannot for the life of me understand, why Amazon's bots, cannot fix the title info to (Fits) or (into) or (compatible with) before the Brand/Trademark, and in description.

The very first edition of Excel, had Find, and Replace function. All Amazon AI needs to do is find, for example Ford - and change to (fits Ford) - etc, etc, etc.

As the way things are going with CSA not sure and giving diffrent answers, for things, and then there are the cryptic and hidden secrets, instead of (hey in red) this is what Amazon doesnt like in the listing, everything is becoming dis-organized and Amazon's own Bots, that were created to help Amazon, is actually Ruining the best Catalogue ever created. _ Re-listing them is almost suicide, since Amazon is always changing their poliies.

Why can't Amazon create a bot to Find, and Replace - all the simple errors.? And then there is the situation, where the listings are un-able to address, since the original creator may not be selling here anymore, or just too lazy to fix. It will result in (each of those listings being closed) and all the sellers selling these items, to have them also removed) -

  • We do not sell radios
  • We have in the listing these items are not capable of RF Signals.
  • Sadly, Amazon is taking a loss of revenue; because a simple command isnt being implemented
  • For example - Wiring Harness Chevy Aveo 2012 (just replace it to) Wiring Harness Fits Chevy Aveo 2012
  • (Thats all that needs to be done, but Amazon is now losing these items because to re-list it and have another policy change would be listing suicide.

Hello @Seller_YvPJcV8cv0Kiu,

Thanks for the feedback and I'm sorry you're running into an issue with this compliance request. If you can share your most recent case ID related to this, I'll review the details and see if I can provide more context into the issue.

Regards,

- Manny

Not commenting on the down votes but have something to say about your issue - when we did FCC testing for our devices, the lab tested the power supply units too, including cables, because they said they are unintentional radiator. In the end we got an FCC test report that covers the chargers, it said that device is not a RF emitting device and does not require FCC ID.

I guess there are phone chargers that emit RF even though they shouldn't.

Its not a strong enough signal to cause FCC_ID interference however. (its acutally a blessing) - we have had a few fleet managers contact us, about our stuff... so their loss in revenue on the fees. - AI is going to destroy all good things we made happen; without the 3rd party sellers - they would have no catalogue ... There are no checks and balances here on Amazon, unless you are a buyer - you win. win. win. ( til its over )

  • And yes (i gave you the up vote) - and its obvious, even this forum is a joke. -

I will have to take a screenshot to show (exactly the opposite of what you just said here in this forum) - Amazon Robots, did infact remove a listing.

Well, all those items are not active any-longer, here on Amazon atleast. Seems like Amazon is losing good selling items due to not being able to control a rogue AI Bot, with zero intelligence beyond spell check.

Hello @Seller_YvPJcV8cv0Kiu,

Can you clarify which items/listings you would like to have reviewed? I will review and pass it along for investigation.

Hello @Seller_YvPJcV8cv0Kiu,

I understand the frustration, however without a list of the ASINs impacted I will be unable to research the matter and escalate on your behalf. Please provide me with this list, and I'll see if our partner team can look into this issue.

Regards,

- Manny

Am not frustrated, I am a certified tech, with electrial and masters in automotive 12volt, and been a professional sound and stage audio tech for over 3 decades, and I hold three programmers certifications; so I know how easy this thing would be to fix. - ASINS that have been incorrectly removed, Am not going to relist them here on Amazon.

The AI Bot made the assumption once, and I am not going to allow this to happen again, its just another selling item being moved to another location

We sell radio accessories, such as antennas, mounts, cables, and Amazon keeps removing our listings no matter how many times I opened cases. Mobile radio antennas, mounts, cables, connectors, etc. do not contain circuity and do not qualify as RF devices. According FCC, "As a general rule, products that, by design, contain circuitry that operates in the radio frequency spectrum need to demonstrate compliance using the applicable FCC equipment authorization procedure.." Please reactivate our listings. Case ID ID 15815535851, 15897378681.

Hello @Seller_aqpsLdOCDxoUe,

Thanks for posting your comment. I've reviewed the cases. In case 15815535851 the team has informed you that there are no current restrictions on ASIN B096JVJ3JB and it is live on the website:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B096JVJ3JB

In case 15897378681, they have started the process of reinstating ASIN B071Z249LD, and it also appears to be live on the website now:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071Z249LD

Regards,

- Manny
