Why were all the categories in handmade deleted? I understand the migration, but I didn’t realise why my sales tanked until I went into the handmade section and all the categories are gone - so customers cannot go in and search through categories and subcategories. Would be nice to have this put back for the holiday season.

same difficulty we are also facing all the attributes have gone , if we edit old listings they will also come in new format everyday amazon come with new rules and regulations for sellers

I also brought this up about 3 weeks ago and am so discouraged. Sales are non-existant and at this time of year, when hand-makers are gearing up for their best sales it is cruel and demoralizing. Does corporate ever look at the forums to see how normal people are suffering?

Hello Makers!
After a lot of work to fix this issue, there are good news - category and subcategories refinements have been added back to the left navigation menu, so that customers can easily find Handmade products.
