The seller support case ID associated with my feedback removal request is: 16932891561.
On 12/13/2024, the buyer left a feedback saying "You send me the wrong amount of my refund. I need all refund back on my visa I paid $233 plus tax".
The buyer left this feedback BEFORE returning the item and receiving any refund at all. They started a return request, we immediately provided a prepaid return label so that they could return the item for a full refund, but the customer left this feedback instead of returning the item. We did not mention a returnless refund nor did we provide any partial refunds to the customer.
The customer initiated the return on 12/19/2024, 5 days after leaving this feedback, and the item was delivered to our warehouse on 12/23/2024. We promptly issued a full refund following the delivery. With this information in mind, the initial seller feedback left by the customer does not accurately represent our service because the customer expected a full refund without even starting a return request, which is not something we offered to the customer.

I've gone ahead and escalated this piece of feedback to my contacts for a second review. I can't guarantee a change in outcome but I've presented them with all necessary information!

The Amazon feedback system is just an extortion system now.
Amazon realizes this and leaves the system in place so their slimy customers can terrorize sellers and manipulate us.
Amazon does not care about you or the feedback the scammer left for you.
The customer wanted to return your item and most likely opened a return for the wrong order. They probably clicked on a cheaper refund at first scan item and sent your item back to the wrong seller and does not realize it, and thinks you issued them the smaller refund. At least 15% of our returns are customers opening returns for the wrong order. Sometimes we can tell its going to be wrong before they even return it by seeing their comment. They will mention the blender is too tall for our counter or something and our item is not a blender. Over the years we have accumulated an insane amount of wrong products and they are not doing it on purpose because al lot of the time the product they return is way more expensive then our product. We have received large pieces of furniture instead of our small item . The longer amazon extends the return period, the more likelihood of this happening.
