Read onlyThere is a risk of my account being closed due to account health. There are 2 of us with the product I sold, and the other person probably complained. There have been people coming in and out before. I bought my product from the authorized service. But I don't know what I should do to prevent my account from being closed. Can you help me?
Are you trying to say that you have authorization FROM THE BRAND to sell their items on Amazon?
Or are you stating that you bought your products through a distributor (or worse, retailer) who has the right to sell the items, but does not have authority to grant you permission to sell on Amazon?
What sort of complaint are you getting? What is Amazon asking of you? Post the notice so that others can give some real help.
