My Amazon seller account is closed
My Amazon seller account is closed. I believe my Amazon seller account was closed due to a mistake. The account I was associated with is my old account name. I can provide you with all my credentials again. I can verify that I only have one account on the Amazon system. I encountered such a problem once again due to the store name change. I do not have a BRG MARKT account. I only have the HBG MARKT store. Can you please check and verify?

Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues that have been occurring. I understand that your account was found to be associated to an account of an old name.
If you have not previously opened an account, then we would recommend reviewing all of the other markets you are registered in as this could be an issue as you mention having changed the name.
If any of those markets are inactive, then you will want to take steps to resolve this to resolve the issue on your current US market.

I have never sold in the European market, the stores were only deactivated, I only sell in the North American market, my store name was BRG MARKT in all markets, then I changed the name and edited it as HBG MARKT, this editing was already done through the same e-mail, so I did not open a new account, does this not appear in the amazon system that my store was closed, after I changed my store name, my store was closed once again without associating it, and I proved it, but I was suspended again, although I did not change the name again. I am very victimized, amazon invoice, ID information, whatever you want, I share it all, but I couldn't come to a conclusion.please help me.
