my account is closed

Hello, my account has been suspended for the originality of the product, but my product has its original invoice, I have opened many requests to Amazon, but my account has not been opened. I cannot use the live chat option because my account is closed. I want to access Amazon via live chat, how can I do this while the account is closed?

You can't. When you say, "original invoice", where from? What were you trying to sell?

Unfortunately, wholesales do not dictate whether or not an item can be sold on Amazon. Not only do you need an invoice but you need to have approval from the brand to sell the product.

I see that your account has been deactivated for authenticity concerns and you have questions about what your next steps will look like to address this.

So that we can better understand and guide you the best, can you share the deactivation performance notification here, after removing your personal information? Also, can you post the most recent follow-up notification you received after you submitted your invoice. This will allow us to understand why it was not accepted, and your next steps from here.

Invoices may not be accepted if they do not meet our document requirements or if the supplier is unable to be verified for any reason. Have you checked your invoices against the requirements I linked above, to see if your documents match up? If not, I suggest to do this.

I look forward to learning more about your situation. Please continue to respond here for further guidance. The Forums community and I are here to support you.

Wishing you the best,

LeviDylan
