I recently received negative feedback from a buyer who mentioned that the shipping took too long, details about the product, encouraging people to shop elsewhere and followed by an accusation of being a scam which is definitely not true. This buyer left the review before we were aware of the situation and did not contact us. I think this feedback was more about factors that we had no control over including shipping. Amazon denied the feedback removal request. I know in the past they have removed feedback if it was promoting other companies but Amazon had updated their feedback removal policy since. Has anyone have a similar issue with this type of feedback and the request to remove it? Thanks in advance.
