Our Response:
The package, containing the product "Scanstrut SC-12V-F1 Flip Pro 12V Power Socket," was shipped via USPS with Tracking ID 9400111206210006849198. According to USPS tracking information, the package was delivered on July 8, 2024, at 4:39 PM to the buyer's mailbox in Bailey, CO 80421.
We informed the buyer of this via Amazon’s messaging system, providing them with the delivery details and suggesting they check with their neighbors or local post office. Despite this communication, the buyer has left negative feedback, which we believe to be unjustified.
Request for Feedback Removal:
As the package was delivered according to USPS tracking records, and the issue falls outside the seller's control, this feedback does not align with Amazon's guidelines for valid feedback. We kindly request that this feedback be removed from our seller profile.

Michelle at Amazon here. I have reviewed your case and recommend that you reopen case: 16354357501 and ask for it t be reviewed again. As the customer stated that they did not receive the product, if you did not have signature confirmation proving that they received the item, someone else could have taken the item and therefore, not eligible for removal.
