You make a good point. It is possible and even very likely that the customer in question has opted out of communication from our third party sellers. I know how frustrating this can be for our sellers. I also know how frustrating it is for buyers when some sellers ignore the Communication guidelines and make excessive contact with buyers.

When I try to contact one of my buyers, all the reasons are greyed out. I've attached a screenshot to show this. Why is this happening? If it's an issue with Amazon, I hope they fix it soon.
