a to z claim denied and appeal also wrong decision

Please the a to z claim comes many times now a days for not receiving the package but the order is already delivered on time with proof of delivery of fedex and dhl shipping company

Please for past 4 to 6 months the a to z claim department gives right decision as the order is delivered tracking online link shows and no impact of ODR and money loss

Please but now a days i am facing big problem of A TO Z CLAIM DECISIONS WRONG and APPEAL also Denied ,Please as same case before they are giving right decisions but now a days they are SPOILING BUSINESS OF SELLER WITH WRONG DECISIONS after having full proof of delivery given to them in appeal but no help and appeal option also not there

Please there is no help coming from a to z claim team

Please when a to z claim team many time same cases with same appeal accepted and given decision in my favour now why they are doing this spoiling the seller ODR with LOSS as a refund without any fault

Please i am going right through amazon policy if there is any change in amazon policy they should tell us that we have to take wrong a to z claims also

Please feeling helpless

Sounds correct. If you purchased your shipping thru Amazon, Amazon will handle the INR claim by the buyer.

If you purchased your shipping off the Amazon site, YOU WILL handle the INR claim. That means if YOU Do Not Refund In Full, Amazon will do it for you, from your account. No appeals or A-Z claims.

Still The frustration is constant since amazon is not replying, however we have given multiple delivery proofs and raised so many tickets but this seems like never ending race where all sellers will loose one day or the other, amazon must do something to protect their sellers, we expect @amazon's help here.

I understand your frustration with these claims, however, as stated by @Seller_CW0P5hgbsiqWX, Amazon is unable to cover issues with delivery when shipping was purchased outside of Amazon. We are only able to help cover issues related to shipping when the labels are purchased through Amazon Buy Shipping. This is because when shipping is purchased outside of Amazon, sellers are the shipper of record and are responsible for any issues with delivery.
