Read onlyIt's a FBM order and the customer said they did not receive package. Customer filed an A to Z claim and won, but then I appealed the decision and actually won. Amazon sent me an email on May 5 saying they will refund me "Upon further review, we have decided to reverse our original decision. We have credited USD 68.98 to your account and your order defect rate will be updated within 48 hours to reflect this change."
That said, the money was never refunded back to me. After following up with Amazon on the refund, they then said "Although we understand your position, we stand by our decision."
Does this mean I never won the appeal? I don't care if Amazon made a mistake letting me win the A to Z claim appeal. It's Amazon's mistake and they should own up to it.
Can the mods help?? Order ID: 111-6651299-8644229
