Read onlyI recently recieved an A-Z claim on an item that was recieved by the customer, signed for by the customer, and even messaged back and forth about the item between them and I. 3 different sets of proof the customer had the item.
Customer tried to return the item past the 30 day deadline and the return window was already closed by Amazon. Customer filed an A-Z claim and won. I recieved an email on 5/4/24 saying they are investigating. Recieved another email stating they need more info. I provided the info that was requested then they deny it in favor to the customer. My alernative is to file a police report for stolen goods and take Amazon and the customer to arbitration for this as it was a $2000 order.

Can I get some help on this one? I am worried with how long it is taking, the UPS page displaying the tracking # is going to go away since UPS only holds tracking details for so long.
