Read onlyI recently recieved a A to Z Claim , I could not ship Order on time , I was out of town , I Applied for Verfication , I Did not Know I got Approved , Before that One Product was listed . I Recieved Order and When I saw order its was almost 8 Days , Shipping was already delayed , I don't want to ship Order , the next day it was going to be cancelled , I thought that it will be cancelled Tomorrow . But after cancelling I recieved A to Z Guarantee Claim . This is written in A to Z Claim Policy that Customer Should Contact Seller before starting claim , but he never contacted . So It should be Customer Fault in a sense , not mine as a seller . I accept that my cancellation rate will go higher but Claim put very much bad impact on health . What to do in this case
