I just had a claim from Mexico that claims the customer never recieved the product and got his money back through A Z . I have responded to the customer twice however the email provided by amazon was rejected . I have sent in an appeal with tracking # showing the item delivered, and amazon claims they can not see the tracking on carrier website , it was shipped by DHL express Intl. to customer provided add. and it shows he got it.
This AZ program has turned into a cash ATM for customers , Amazon should apply the same A Z claim to TPSellers where as soon as we put a claim of missing goods from our order amazon credits us the amount ,
Any mods that can look into this I can provide you with tracking etc. please let me know what you need
