Read onlyI had a customer recently open an A to Z claim on a package they said they never received.
We required a signature as it was a high value ($550). Amazon refunded the customer. We then responded to the claim instantly and provided proof of delivery with the signature.
They came back saying we provided sufficient information that the package was received by the customer. However we are not refunded? That is a joke.

Hi, How did it turn out? I have same issue .The tracking showed the package was delivered but Amazon does not fund the claim.
