My Seller account has been deactivated due to Restricted Product Policy

Dear All,

My Amazon Seller Account has been deactivated due to the Restricted Product Policy. I send a POA. But every time it gets rejected I receive response from Amazon that "Your account will not be reinstated without proof of compliance with our policies. I have contacted Account Health Support Specialist. They suggested I to "dispute the violation".

I do not know how to dispute the violation and what to do next. Please suggest me.

Thanks

Hi Sir,

I have submitted information through the Appeal path. But it got rejected. They have told about the "PROOF OF COMPLIANCE WITH POLICY".

I am attaching their response.

Now, please suggest what to do now to get my account reactivated.

Hello @Seller_KBY8SfXtACauR,

Your appeal denial is certainly disappointing news, and I understand your frustration with the outcome.

However, I would encourage you to submit strong evidence to support your case. What I can suggest is for you is to send strong evidence like documents that can prove that what your appeal says is doable. Attach any file you can to make your case stronger and to show you are in compliance with Amazon's policies.

Providing detailed documentation and materials that clearly demonstrate the feasibility of your request may help strengthen your appeal and increase the chances of a successful outcome.

Best wishes,

-Roxy

Hello @Seller_KBY8SfXtACauR,

Thank you for your message. I'm happy to provide further clarification for you.

A dispute consists of an appeal to provide evidence that you did not violate Amazon's product policies or that Amazon made a mistake when deactivating your account. To provide evidence that you did not violate the policies, please follow these steps:

Review the specific policy violation cited in the notice you received. Carefully read through the policy details to understand the requirements and restrictions.

Gather any relevant documentation or information that demonstrates your compliance with the policy. This could include:

  • Screenshots or copies of your product listings showing that you accurately represented the items and did not attempt to circumvent restrictions.
  • Invoices, certifications, or other proof of the legitimacy and legality of the products you were selling.

Prepare a clear and detailed explanation outlining why you believe you did not violate the policy. Address each of the specific points raised in the violation notice and explain how the evidence you have gathered demonstrates your compliance.

Remember, it's very important that you demonstrate that you have acted in good faith and have not intentionally violated Amazon's Restricted Products policies. By submitting a well-organized dispute with strong supporting evidence, you increase the chances of a favorable outcome.

Please let me know if you have any other questions or need further assistance.

Best regards,

-Roxy

Hi Sir,

I had submitted the item images of all sides as well as MSDS. But it was also not accepted and they have to tell that I will have to prove policy compliance.

I will look for a health from you.

Hello @Seller_KBY8SfXtACauR,

I believe I've sent this information to you before, but I want to emphasize the importance of including these supporting files and attachments.

Providing attachments and documentation to substantiate your claims is essential in your case. You must provide these files and attachments to substantiate what you are saying.

Amazon takes these types of violations extremely seriously, as they could result in harming the trust in the platform.

I want to reiterate the importance of thoroughly reviewing Amazon's product policies and guidelines to ensure you fully comprehend what items are and are not allowed to be sold. Even if your intention was not to intentionally violate these policies, the fact that you listed restricted products in a way meant to circumvent detection is a grave concern for Amazon.

Commit to fully complying with all Amazon policies and guidelines going forward. Demonstrate with documentation that you have updated your processes and procedures to ensure you only list permitted items in a transparent and compliant way.

To resolve this issue, it is crucial that you provide clear and compelling evidence demonstrating you did not knowingly or deliberately violate Amazon's policies. This could include documentation, invoices, or other proof that you were unaware the items were restricted, or that the method of listing them was not intended to avoid detection.

Best,

-Roxy
