Dear Amazon Support Team,
I am urgently seeking assistance with an issue I’ve been facing for the past several days regarding my access to the Campaign Manager and Amazon Advertising page.
Whenever I attempt to access the Campaign Manager, I encounter the error “This page isn’t working. advertising.amazon.in redirected you too many times.
Tried deleting Cookies & Caches. "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.” Despite clearing cookies, switching browsers, and trying multiple devices, the issue persists.
Additionally, I am unable to raise a support ticket on advertising.amazon.in as the page loops back to the same selection screen after choosing the country and brand name or becomes blank. I have already contacted Amazon Support, but the provided link to raise a ticket also leads to the same redirection error.
For over a week, I’ve been unable to access my Seller Central Ads account, and I’m concerned my ads are running without my ability to manage them, potentially draining my budget, especially during this critical sales event.
