I received this notification, and I sent the information on both myself and my address. and then they sent me another one saying that they could not reactivate me due to infringement due to misleading offers or misuse of the account and I have not done any of that. I am just starting to sell on Amazon, they even recently accepted me as a handmade seller, since I knit clothes for babies.
I would like to know what I should do because I don't understand and I have already asked and they only tell me that the account will continue to be deactivated. thank you.
