As advised by Felisa, we attempted to reply in the previous thread on this topic, Repeat problem where inventory is stuck at a non-fulfillable site under "FC Processing" for months, but the thread was locked, so we are opening this new thread.
We continue to have the same inventory stuck in FC PROCESSING since January. In the above referenced previous thread, we were finally put in touch with Felisa, who has been very helpful in the past. Unfortunately, manual transfers were still not able to be done this time via Felisa or Paul V. (who did manual transfers when this problem went on for 6 months in 2023).
So as advised, we ignored all the Amazon prompts to send more inventory/restock inventory, and let the inventory run out on various SKUs that have inventory stuck in FC PROCESSING for months. We now have SKUs that have been out of stock AND/OR have low inventory warnings FOR WEEKS. The Amazon Algorithms that are supposed to automatically prompt transfer of inventory from FC PROCESSING to a fulfillable/available state ARE NOT WORKING. We advised this forum as well as many Seller Central support staff of this problem over the course of 6 months and no one seems to be able to resolve this.
Now we have yet another new case number, 15452947931, with inaction. In the meantime, we have stock stuck in FC PROCESSING, but the SKUs are showing out of stock/currently unavailable to Amazon Customers...which is FALSE. The inventory being stuck in FC PROCESSING is aging (yet we pay storage) and is obviously not complying with FIFO (First In First Out) good practices on Amazon's part. Our Historical Days of Supply are also negatively affected when we actually do have stock at Amazon but it's been stuck in FC PROCESSING for months.
Can we PLEASE finally get some resolution on all the ASINs reported again in case 15452947931? PLEASE!!!!

You are lucky if you have products that don't expire.
In our case it was a product with an expiration date. It took forever in FC processing and we had zero stock of that product on Amazon at the time (well before the expiration date) and could have easily sold them.
Then when the units expired miraculously they popped up at one of Amazon's FCs , but were subject to removal). All our attempts to be reimbursed for the sale cost ofthose items didn't result in anything.
@Dominic_AmazonWe have had this issue for months, millions of dollars of stock in limbo (FC Processing), sales down, staff laid off, etc. yet no one has been able to help us. They say to just wait. This is tragic!
Once you get to the bottom of this, the same solution must be applied to our issue.
Same. It's been 113 days. I was told by a support rep several weeks ago "Please note that the issue is due to an on-gonging technicality for US marketplace. We apologize for the technical issue that changed the functionality of the seller's accounts. " Whatever that means.. but it's a known problem. They need to let us file lost inventory claims. I just keep getting nonsense responses from support.
Yet another post on this subject and things continue to deteriorate. Amazon needs to fix their FC Processing nightmare. Too much garbage from overseas piling in and they can't find enough bodies willing to be good little robots for the Amazon machine. Can't say that I blame them...
