We again are experiencing a problem with inventory stuck in "FC Processing" for months and seller central support not able to help, even when we given them previous cases that were solved via support provided from this forum. Case 14937746981 is now the current case.
This happened to our inventory in 2023 and AMZ Mods created a case with Paul V., seller communities. Paul V. determined that the hundreds of pieces stuck in "FC Processing" were actually stuck at an Amazon facility that does not fulfill orders. Amazon's algorithm should have triggered the transfer of that inventory to a fulfillable facility but never did, so Paul V. had to manually put in for the transfer. Paul V. resolved that case successfully but we have no way of reaching back out to him or reopening that case.
This is now happening again on two different ASINs. We attempted multiple times to have Seller Central Customer Service help us...and told them the actual problem, and they could not resolve anything. This most recent support case is 14937746981, which of course resolved nothing and we have hundreds of pieces of inventory stuck in reserve somewhere again.
