A Suggestion to Amazon: Pay Attention to Fake Tracking Numbers that Looks True

There are Counterfeits under my listings. After checking these sellers, I guess that a part of them use "Virtual Tracking Numbers", which are actually fake tracking numbers but with all the "correct" tracking information. Customers will never receive items.

There are companies that sell fake numbers in China. I tried to report them. I wonder if Amazon can pay more attention to these "virtual tracking numbers" ?

Hello @Seller_cs1DknimqcODI,

Thanks for letting me know about this. If you can share your case ID related to your reporting, I'll review to see if any further actions are needed.

I recommend that you continue to report these sellers using the Report a Violation tool in Seller Central. Any investigation is internal, so it will not be possible to provide updates, but Amazon regularly takes enforcement actions on Sellers violating these policies.

Regards,

- Manny
