Read onlyHi, My Amazon account deactivated in Nov 2022, and requested for Utility Bill, At that time I didn’t had any Utility Bill and was also not aware of Amazon Policy. However, It was new account and never had any Policy Violation, any listings etc. But Now I have moved to Australia and Providing Amazon team my Utility Bills (Provided from Several providers like AGL, Optus etc) But every timeI am getting response of that we don’t have enough information to remove the violation. I have tried several times. Tried with PoA as well but didn’t worked. It is really disappointing rejection of documents without any reason, even following amazon documents submission standards and 100% matching the Amazon Seller account details. I really need help regarding this.

That doesn't have anything to do with this. Amazon is trying to verify you are who you say you are.
I see this is your third or forth discussion on the same topic. You received the correct information in this thread and there really is nothing different anyone can tell you. You keep sending in more than Amazon is requesting. You need to follow the instructions explicitly.
Of course it didn't work. Amazon didn't ask for that.
Do you also have a valid credit card in your account?
Try a different utility bill if you have one?
Just to confirm we're on the same page, by valid credit card I mean one that charges interest on any unpaid balance, you receive a monthly statement, isn't tied to a checking or savings account, accepts international charges and isn't a debit or pre-paid card.
If that's what you have entered, then the only other thing I can think of for you to try is going into the buyer side of your account, entering the card there if it isn't already or deleting and re-entering the card if it is already there, wait an hour or so for it to flow through Amazon's system, then select it on the seller side.
Hello @Seller_s3H07ZnjD0ypO
Thank you for your post.
We are closing this duplicate thread.
Please create only one topic per question. Creating multiple threads for the same question causes confusion and disruption to the forums, potentially taking longer for you to get the answer you are seeking.
You may continue the discussion in your original topic, thank you.
