Read onlyHi, My account got deactivated (Store name: Farhan Ullah) for additional Identity verification and requested for Utility Bill. I have submitted Utility Bills like Electricity, Gas and Internet several times. But I am getting the response that “We don’t have enough information to remove the violation at this time”. It was my new account, never listed any product, and have no any violation. Additionally, After Contacting with Internal team, I got email that my documents are reviewed and they were able to verify. However, My account is still deactivated and when I contact the Support chat, they giving me the same response that we are unable to verify. I am 100% sure that my documents met the criteria and 100% matching the details in the account. But still getting rejected. I have submitted explanation/Appeal letters as well, but didn’t worked.

I do have valid credit Card on file (Not Debit Card), Submitting Utility Bills, exactly matching with the details in the seller account. But still getting the same response. It is really stressful, rejecting documents without any reason. I humbly request if there is any other way to proof like Video Interview etc.
