Removal order - items stolen
I proceeded with a removal order of some necklaces, 8 items. It was executed but two of the boxes returned had been manipulated and were empty, meaning the goods have been stolen.
It is quite upsetting not being able to trust Amazon as a reliable partner.
Please advise with who I could talk and give further info about this.

Dear friend, something similar happened to me, I bought 6 units of a keyboard, 50 euros per unit. And when the shipment was closed once it arrived at the Amazon warehouses, it was closed but with 0 units found! I contacted Amazon and, despite having sent the corresponding invoice information, etc., they did not give me any solution, so I am afraid that you will have to suffer the consequences of selling on Amazon. If anyone knows how to solve Please answer this for us, the word FRUSTRATING falls short.
