Listing Hijacked by brand Partyreal
One of our listings have been hijacked by the brand Patyreal, I have seen other post about this brand hijacking listings, yet they are still allowed to continue in Amazon, mindblowing when others get banned for much less. Any help from the mods would be appreciated.

The same thing happened to me about 2 weeks ago and I have been pushed to different departments within Amazon to get it resolved and no one is fixing this issue. I tried to restock inventory for ASIN B01L26VUJA to find that I couldn’t because I had to have permission from the “brand owner” to sell MY PRODUCTS. Somehow they (TEAYIR) inserted their brand on the listing that I have had for several years (since 2016). How can Amazon not fix this issue so that all of us on the forum could get a quick resolution. I cannot restock until I get my listing back.
