I'm facing an issue with Amazon's listing approval process, and I'm hoping someone here might have insights or advice.
I have the necessary documents from my supplier and brand authorizations to sell Heartsly products, and Amazon's Brand Approval team initially granted me approval under Case ID: 10417083522. However, despite meeting all their requirements, my requests are now being declined, and I'm unable to proceed with listing these products.
Here are the documents I submitted:
Supplier Invoice: It contains all the required information, including:
My name and address
My business name and address
Supplier's name and address
Purchase quantity of over 10 units
Invoice dated within the last 180 days
Letter of Authorization: Provided by the supplier and authorized by the brand to permit me to list and sell Heartsly products.
Despite covering all these details, Amazon keeps declining my request. I am unsure if there is an issue with document processing or if additional verification is required.
Has anyone else experienced similar issues or have any advice on what steps I could take next? Would it be effective to escalate this issue, and if so, any tips on how best to proceed with Amazon's support?
