Read onlyMy account has been deactivated. I have a third party company that put branded products on my account. Amazon needs information from the third party to verify they have or I have authority to sell those products. I cannot get the third party to respond and do not know what to do. I don't have access to their purchasing documents. Is there anything I can do?
How did a 3rd party company list on your account? It doesn't really matter; it's your account and you are responsible for it. If you cannot supply what they are asking for, then you are out of luck. Sounds like this 3rd party knows they are supplying you with items they can't provide valid documentation for.
" I cannot get the third party to respond and do not know what to do."
In addition to what @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 has stated, was this 'third party' one of those dangerous Virtual Assistants? There are good ones out there but there are hundreds of posts by people that have lost their accounts after using one.
OR, did you sign up for one of the hundreds of gray market programs that are touted on YouTube and TikTok as having thousands of brands and will do everything (for a fee) for you?
In either case there is an encyclopedia of reading material on the Forum about the risks of allowing ANYONE to have access to your account.
If you can't answer these softball questions YES, you are done on the new, improved version of Amazon --
DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?
DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK.
Hello @Seller_hbJFZjgoIfRUG,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your account.
I would second everything that @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 mentioned here. You are individually responsible for ALL actions conducted by YOUR account. Regardless if this was done by a third party, you grant them permission or access to your store to conduct these actions which cascades the responsibility back on you. If proper sourcing documentation such as invoices or a letter of authorization cannot be provided, the account may not be eligible for reactivation.
I would recommend posting your original deactivation notice, this will help ensure we provide all available paths forward in your situation.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.
