My product has received malicious negative reviews from competitors: I have received unverified negative reviews for purchases. But the content describes the user experience of my product. This seriously affects the buyer's experience. Sent it to the Amazon team but it didn't work. How should I solve it? Please help me.

When I click reactive my account, there's no where for me to upload any ID for verification. US account is online status. This is really confusing.

I have sent my books to Amazon warehouses, and two of my orders have been processed and shipped in their standard form. However, I am unable to create a fulfilled order as the inventory is not yet marked as available. The books that were ordered appear as orders on Amazon, but they are being shipped to me instead of the customers. These orders do not show up in my seller account under "Merchant" but are visible on Amazon.

I do not want to cancel my customer’s order. Could you please help me understand the reason for this issue and how I can resolve it?
