I NEED HELP PLEASE
Hello,
I have sent my books to Amazon warehouses, and two of my orders have been processed and shipped in their standard form. However, I am unable to create a fulfilled order as the inventory is not yet marked as available. The books that were ordered appear as orders on Amazon, but they are being shipped to me instead of the customers. These orders do not show up in my seller account under "Merchant" but are visible on Amazon.
I do not want to cancel my customer’s order. Could you please help me understand the reason for this issue and how I can resolve it?

This post is extremely confusing.
You sent your items to Amazon so you are doing FBA, correct?

If you are selling as FBA they would NOT show up as "Seller Fulfilled" because they will be shipped by Amazon.

And, again, selling as FBA you can NOT cancel an order that is FBA. You can only cancel orders that are FBM.

Based on your initial post and replies, it sounds like you have both an active FBM and FBA order - is that correct? If you have an active FBM listing for these items but don't actually have the inventory on-hand, you will need to remove that listing.
Please confirm if this is the case, and I can guide you on best next steps.
