Please I need help!

This is incredible , please also check case ID 15979974241
but now my account was Suspended. My listing is unavailble at this moment.
When I click reactive my account, there's no where for me to upload any ID for verification. US account is online status. This is really confusing.
Please help me make sure about this okay?

If it helps any, I am going through this with all of the European sites - they say I am related to some company I have never heard of.
Anyway, when I log into those sites I cannot get anywhere, even the link to reactivate the account goes to a forbidden page. I figured out that the only link that will work is the link in the email they sent. So, if you cannot access where to upload your docs, use the links from the email they sent.
