Read onlyWe sent a single item to Amazon FBA and Amazon said that they didn't receive it even though the tracking shows that the item was received. Eventually Amazon acknowledged and said that they would issue a reimbursement. When we checked the reimbursement it was at zero dollars. After requesting that Amazon re-evaluate the reimbursement they came back stating that they could not make any adjustments to the dollar amount. How can it be zero. Anyone willing to share with me the proper words that I need to use with Amazon to get reimbursed? Can a mod look at this for me?
I assume they asked for an invoice for the product?

Can you share the Case ID for that Item/Reimbursement so I can take a look and check into what happened?
